Chilli Smoked Salt
The chilli flakes have a medium heat, with the smoking process enhancing the strength of flavour. The longer it stands, the more the chilli infuses the smoked sea salt – it just gets better with time, but also spicier. It's best used with dishes that are a little bland where you want to add flavour that doesn't overpower the dish.
